30% Club aims to get more women on company boards

It’s International Men's day today and thankfully the roles which used to be clearly dominated by one gender or another have become far more blurred.  That goes for caring for offspring especially.  According to the 30% club, which aims to get more women on boards, 72% of men are actively involved in looking after children and that is especially pronounced among younger men. And because men are stepping up more, it could benefit everyone in the workplace. Gillian Harford, Country Executive of 30% Club joined Joe this morning on the show.
